The Head Hunters 13 (or HHS for short) is a South East Los Angeles Hispanic street gang that was created during the late eighties. They claim the poverty ridden dead end, Slauson Avenue. Hunters, a name given to initiated members, are identified by their frequent wearing of Los Angeles Dodgers, Los Angeles Lakers, and Houston related clothing. We stimulate you to portray teenagers who live in the Seville region and have domestic problems and have the gang as well as the drugs as an exhaust valve.
Head Hunters is currently a gang structuring itself all over again after multiple arrests that ultimately crippled the gang, so jump-ins aren't a slow thing, they're needing members, so, as soon as you prove you're down for the gang, you'll get it.
Since we've chosen to base ourselves in a primarily African-American hood, so some reprocessing of this are use of different slang, shorter numbers (member-wise), and generally a meshed culture.
Head Hunters 13 is in no shape or form a racial gang. Meaning the majority of us are not singling out African-Americans. This does not happen in current time. Some 3rd generation families are now mixed with the other ethic groups inhabiting South Central. It does not mean we won't have ongoing beefs with neighboring black gangs because it doesn't reflect that at all. We just won't be resorting to race as a crutch to begin such beefings. Instead it will regard things like turf, drugs, and so forth.
