First off, you're going to use PhotoScape, fuck photoshop.
1 - Click on "crop" or "cut" idk how it is in the english version.
2 - Select the area which includes your role play, make sure you don't show your hud cause that shit is ugly af.
It'll probably come out with 1000xsomething of size.
3 - Click on resize.
4 - Insert 700xautomatic height.
Then save this shit and upload.
