Despite being white, Casper is as down as any other Mexican gang-affiliate. Living in an area full of blacks and hispanics, Joshua only wished to fit in with someone. His mom would often deny him as her son which often made him feel down about himself. The gang was a way of coping with what he was handed. It was a way of filling the family he was missing all his life. He was jumped in at the age of twelve and has been an active soldier ever since.
His nickname Casper derived from his white skin and bald head.
